PPI Success

Hi All, Just wanted to say thank you for all the advice and patience that has been shown to me whilst I struggled to help my mother get some PPI back (been going on for about a year) - it worked, had lots of problems, i.e. wasnt sure which bank as kept getting letters from different ones but in the end completed the Ombudsman Form and sent that off, probably less that two weeks later the bank contacted my mother and offered her all the insurance payments back and any interest that she had paid, amounted to just under £2,000, so she just ended up paying for the actual loan, she received it in December so she was really pleased, thanks again everyone - I hope you all continue with the success.:j
