I thought nettles were a year round thing.
Just been to supermarket and asked for some yeast. I said 'how much is it' and they said it was free! Bargain.gonna make some bread this weekend. Don't know whether to do it the old fashioned way or get the breadmaker out?

Does any one know if cream of tartar and tartaric acid are the same thing please?

Got confirmation that I will get at least 12 hours overtime this month.
Must get some listings up on eB@y.

To do this week:
Write and post a couple of letters
List on eb@y
Get some orders packed and sent out.
Make some more bread
Do a 'top up' shop
Check change to see whether I can bank any. fingers crossed.
Trouble shoot the online banking problem I'm having trying to get registered with one of my banks.
