Looked it up myself, it's such a shame they aren't legally binding in England yet I would much rather have a humanist ceremony than a church or registry office.

I'm getting married in Inverness so it is all legal there and is accepted in England.

I know we are much happier about it. Me & OH don't have a religious bone in our body and I'm not keen on registry officies. Plus OH has bad history with religion. His Aunt is a Nun everytime she prays for him he ends up in hospital :rotfl:
