Complicted student finance scenario?

Wondering if anyone knowledgeable about student finance can help me.
As of September I am going to be part of a student couple, with two dependents and I have disabilities. I claim HRC and LRM DLA.
My research so far suggests that we will be eligible for:
Special Support Grant x 2
Maintenance Loan x 2
Parents Learning Allowance x 2
I should be able to get DSA support and one of us will be able to claim the Childcare Grant. I think I will also be accepted for a one off bursary from the Uni of about £1000
What I am confused on is the possibility that we can claim Income Support during the Summer Holidays and whether we will be able to claim housing benefits. We had the Finance "expert" from the uni come and speak to us today but she didn't know either!
I have heard mixed things and googling is not throwing up anything definitive.
Thanks
