Trying for a Baby Part 9

So today one of the kids I work with asked me why don't I have kids yet, and I said er well I just don't, then he worked out how old his mum was when she had him - 36 & decided I therefore have 7 years left or it probably won't happen!
Then he said 'you know babies start out like the size of dust? I think you should go to the Dr now & he will tell you there is a baby the size of dust in there right now'
Well I will be freaked out if he's right lol!0 -
lol, claire that's a very cute thing for him to say. I hope you do have some baby dust in there this month
I've had a bit of brown spotting today. This is odd for me - I normally have 28 day cycles and I'm only on day 25. The last two cycles have been 30 days. I'm not getting my hopes up too much, but I have my fingers crossed for implantation bleeding rather than an early AF....Mortgage when started: £330,995

Oh good, another Facebook announcement. This time from someone who basically has the perfect life. Perfect figure, perfect career, perfect house, perfect husband, perfect friends, perfect family. Didn't want to have a baby until it was the perfect time of her perfect career, which it apparently now is. Decided to have a baby and one appeared nine months later, it would seem. She is lovely, but I hate her.

Can i be updated to cd17 if you spot this please?
Can't update colour on iPad.
No idea if have ov'd this mth or not, was pretty sure last month but not really much ewcm this mth. Can you still ov if no ewcm or is it likely I haven't ov'd yet and/or is it possible to skip a mth?
Thanks
Lolly
I've updated you, sorry that I seem to have missed a day!
Some women never have ewcm. I didn't until I stopped taking my allergy tablets. This is why some of us use opks and temping. Opks tell you "hey you, you're about to ov, so get to bd'ing!" whereas temping says "yep, you've already ov'd." I only temp, but I ov normally about the same time every month (between cd 13 and cd 17). It's possible that you're just going to ov a bit late this month (nothing wrong with that), or that your body is skipping a month. Seems that for a 'normal' (gosh how I hate that word!) woman, 1 cycle in 12 or so will skip ov.
I'm still learning about all of this, so maybe someone else will chime in shortly!0 -
Thanks Mrs TM
Complicated isn't it! Didn't realise until very recently...
Ps congrats squirrel xBaby on board - EDD 29th Sept0 -
I'm currently on an anovulatory cycle which is annoying but perfectly 'normal'. Sadly there's no real way of knowing unless you do do opks and temp and even then it's not certain. I think we need a light system or something or wee that goes purple.
As I ran out of opks I bought some clearblue smiley face ones which are so expensive and totally maddening. No smiley so still no ov.Eu não sou uma tartaruga. Eu sou um codigopombo.0 -
I think you have it covered mrs t m loving the bunny pic btw!
Hugs for cd1 ladies and those who are expecting af x
I hope that kid was right Claire fingers crossed its your lucky month x
Good luck for any upcoming tests too girls x
Not holding out much hope this month as we only bd once at the right time but it's nice to be in with a tiny chance. I can't believe we've been trying for 10 months now I never anticipated it being such a difficult journey.
Hugs to all x0 -

Oh god I have one of those. Great house, great car, great job straight out of uni and progressed up the ladder, attractive posh husband, 2 lovely blonde kids with the perfect age gap, that look like kids out of nappy ads. My life is a train wreck next to her.Eu não sou uma tartaruga. Eu sou um codigopombo.0 -
