Claire huge hugs for your temp drop xxx We haven't bothered BD because I haven't had a +OPK yet and I always ov the day after a positive but think we will start tonight.

AFM Getting annoyed now with no +OPK ... I know I have 3 rather large follicles in there... GET OUT NOW! DH reckons that they are going to grow too big to fit through my tubes... how funny is he?!
Another tracking scan tomorrow morning....

AFM - Just back from my Drs Appointment...Ami the only one who feels physically sick at the thought of going to the doctors no matter what it's for?

It was actually okay, she took me seriously and I mentioned spotting etc and she basically said it sounds normal for me. She did say we they can check my general 'foo foo' health once AF goes and do an ultra sound if I would like. It really surprised me as this will be the 6th cycle now trying/6th month off the pill and I'm only 28.

Hope everyone else is okay - Just going to read back a few more pages now x

Sorry for everyone on CD1.

This is my first month of properly TTC - using OPK's and fertility friend. I will be starting to temp after next AF. Since about two hours ago - my breasts have become incredibly sore, really achy. I've had to put my bra back on and that hasn't helped much. I've never experienced this before - usually have no real PMS symptoms. Never ever have sore breasts so this has completely thrown me.

I read it could be signs that a good/strong ovulation has occured but then I also read it's what a lot of women get as their first pregnancy symptom. I am currently 7 or 8 DPO as I'm not sure exactly if I ovulated last Monday or Tuesday. I had a positive OPK Monday and then on Tuesday (was intimate on Tuesday) I took another OPK and the line was quite dark but not as dark as it had been previously. FF is saying I ovulated between day 28 and day 30, which was the Mon-Wed but has marked Monday as OV day on my chart (hope I'm making sense...).

Finally got round to testing ..... BFN, so I can be fairly sure I've not got pregnant this month tho my wee was fairly weak as had drunk quite a bit.

Unless I ovulated very late and its still too early, or I'm a medical mystery that doesn't get positive tests.

I know I'm not going to get a bfp this month, but can't help hanging onto hope until AF arrives at same time - stupid I know.

I suspect AF is on her way, as my boobs are heavy, I'm bloated and I've been in the bad mood from hell all afternoon. But if she doesn't I will make a docs appointment if she doesn't show for this months visit. I'm just fed up now, why is nature so cruel making me this late for no reason?

Atton do you mean the 7dpo one came back normal? That's good if it did just shows not to listen to that idiot nurse!

Loulou - go see a doctor if AF doesn't arrive - do not trust dr google!

Faith2009 - wow your doctor seems quite proactive! If you have a scan will put your mind at rest I guess

Becca - I have no idea what my local hospital does and if it would do blood tests. I imagine in the first instance it would need to be done at my GP surgery which doesn't open til 8:30 - I am also a teacher and have an hour commute!! Hope your appointment goes well tomorrow

That's so annoying. My GP surgery gives us the forms to be done at the hospital if we prefer though so might be worth an ask. It's a nightmare isn't it, last year I had a similar commute to you so I'm just glad all this is happening now and not then. Work & long term TTC are not compatible, particularly teaching!

Hope everyone is well - I notice there have been a lot of CD1s I'm 14dpo and expecting AF tomorrow. I did a test this morning just to see and it was a BFN (was expecting it).

Gonna go try and catch up with all your news now! X
