Trying for a Baby Part 9

Congratulations firefly
I am so happy for you, here's to a trouble free 9 months.
I'm on cd 28 today, so AF due in next couple of days, of course I'm hoping she doesn't arrive, but know deep down she will.
I'm being surrounded by pregnant women and babies at moment, hubbys cousin is going in today to be induced, one of our best friends is due 1st week of June and another friend has just announced his 'wifes pregnancy....0 -
Claire - Excellent that your blood tests were good and the iron/B12 thing doesn't sound serious.
Catloverbex - Glad you and hubby have made up. on with the BDing and hope it's a lucky month
Samtoby - Hope this 2ww is worth it
Tashatutuw - I read that could be a symptom but the problem is as with a lot of ss, it could be something else. Fingers crossed it's good news
Elsie - Great you've got an apt. There is just so much waiting with this TTC business
PommeVerte - Love the 'operation BD' :rotfl:
Code - your wee cartoon was great but made me feel so sad for you
Sophiasmum - If you've BD a lot then might not be such a vain hope
Angeltreats - Meh is one of my favourite sayings :rotfl: Meh!
ttc39 - Horrible when AF plays tricks by not turning up. Then you get your hopes up only to get a BFN. Meh!
AFM - I'd better get my BPF this month. I'm on no caffeine or alcohol, cut out eating crisps (to lose weight and be a bit healthier), walking more, drinking lots of water. I'm living like a bl*ody nun.....well apart from all the BDing :rotfl:0 -

This made me laugh outloud Faithhope!
Having a crazy week at work and have barely seen DH, so operation BD here hasn't even kicked off yet! I don't care what happens tonight or how tired he is!!!!.0 -
Thanks ladies. Feeling a lot better now. Its just...there were 3 of them and the comments were all saying "I'm due on this date! We can be mummy friends!" like they're all part of a big club that I'm not allowed to join. Then there were a whole load of newborn pics too.
As for the party, I skipped the last one so probably have to go to this one. It's not like I don't know she's pregnant so I'll just have to tolerate it. At least I'll still be pretty early into the 2ww before the spotting kills hope
After I posted I fell asleep on the couch and when I woke up the mutt had jumped up and snuggled into me. He's so adorable - just a big, warm cuddle machine.Eu não sou uma tartaruga. Eu sou um codigopombo.0 -

Hi ladies - I've been around, and work's been hectic so I've been reading and thanking posts along the way, but not had much time to put together any posts.
Alice - temping takes some time to get into the swingGlad you're doing ok. The temp spike is very weird. I even set off the alarm on my thermometer! :rotfl: Had a bit of a sort throat so can only attribute that to it. My cycle is all over the place this month - will get to that in a minute…… lol. I get hubby to wake me at 5.30 weekdays when he gets up to take my temp and then I set an alarm at the weekends for 5.30 to take it. A bit extreme, but it works for me :rotfl: I see AF came for you this week, boo! Hope this month is the month…..
Firefly - I'm so thrilled for you. You're are now part of the "cliche club" like me………welcome! Here's to a happy and healthy pregnancy
Atton83 - I really feel for you as it sounds like you're going through the mill and your body isn't exactly playing nice. You mentioned that you've been trying for years now, but I hope you don't mind me saying, but it seems that in a lot of ways that you're right at the start of the journey. Aren't you getting support from the gp - have you not been referred to a FS specialist? Sorry if this is nosey, but I think you said you've been trying for about 13 years (unless I made that up, lol), so I really think you need to scream and shout to get something happening……… I know you mentioned some issues in general but you still need to get the help that I think you really desperately need. ((hugs))
beautybutterfly - I hope things worked out this month. There's lots of BFP's when people don't think they had done enough. Greece sounds great. Hope you'll have a nice relaxing time
Code - that chocolate is weird. I wouldn't buy it. The jelly beans just don't go with the chocolate. I like the other one though, the cookie one. It's lovely…… Kajungas! :jSorry, I couldn't resist. It's like word bingo every time I see it….. :rotfl:
Blondy - I have a 4 day weekend too! Woo hoo :j
Mrs TM - The gp's make you feel that only slim people will conceive but we all know it's never that simple. Losing some weight I'm sure can help, but it's not all there is to it…… thankfully my gp is very supportive all around, and to be honest, I've always been overweight so it's not like it just crept up on me, or that I can just fix it overnight…....
Ha - I like all the "don't leave me here" posts. You're all amongst good company until your BFP comes along. I might not know when that will be, but it will come for us all……
159 - Hugs for AFGlad that spot has gone so you're not worrying about it
Catloverbex - silly hubby not wanting to ttc when you had argued, lol. Glad it's all sorted… tee hee
Tashatutuw - sorry I have nothing useful to say on the discharge. If it continues and you're worried, I'd go see your gp for peace of mindSorry I'm of no help……
Faithhope - meh! Just for you…… you baby dancing nun! :rotfl:
Hope everyone is having a good day and looking forward to the weekend. I'm on CD24 and normally OV around CD21, but I started bleeding on CD22, so I have no idea what's happening. 2 of the last 3 months, I've had some mid cycle bleeding, so I'll be making an appt just to check things over with the gp when she's back from her holiday. No idea about OV. Still taking temps, and have added spotting to FF so it won't reset the month, but I've had more than spotting to be honest. I guess this month is a write off and to be honest I won't now try to BD as I'd be too worried to get pregnant after bleeding. I'm sure the gp will put my mind at ease and we'll get cracking again next month
Hugs to everyone!TTC #3..........0 -

CD18 for me - still no sign of ov yet. I haven't tested yet today, perhaps testing later would be better? At the moment I'm doing it at about 2pm.0

Kajunga soreness has worn off a little i think, but still no spotting
last cycle was 31 days but counted from first heavy flow day, this cycle i counted from first day of spotting so i *think* it should be 34 days. I really need to keep track consistently lol
oh well, last day in work before the weekend, got a course tomorrow in Liverpool which should only be a couple of hours
oh and the pregnant lady at work (is back today after pg related sickness for 3/4 weeks) has said the doctor told her co-codamol is safe during pregnancy but only the smaller dose, the 8mg one, apparently she's been given 100 cos of terrible headaches.
she's making it all sound like so much fun lol
just thought i'd mention as i know there's bouts of worry on here about what's safe to take in 2ww xLittle Lowe born January 2014 at 36+6
