fluffnutter wrote: »If you're trying for a baby, you should be taking folic acid anyway!Fluffnutter, the amount of times I've seen women post that they don't want to take folic acid because they don't want to get too ttc obsessed, or don't like to take tablets, or some other daft reason...it riles me.
They wouldn't be saying that if they were left to look after a child with a brain/nervous system developmental disorder for a day...
Hmm... I consider myself told, and judged.
I was just trying to say how upsetting the programme was - and how lucky we are knowing what we do now so that people don't have to go through such a traumatic time. The comment about buying folic acid was intended to be a "make sure I definitely don't run out after seeing that" but obviously it didn't come across like that. I would never do anything that might increase the likelihood of having a child which was unnecessarily disabled if it could be prevented.0 -
BZ - I think I can see a line you know. Between the control line and the grey line, about 3/5 of the way up. Slight pink dye? I had a BFN yesterday, so if AF hasn't showed, you're still in the game. Maybe test with fmu? x0

If I squint and look down my nose at the screen I can see a line BZ!
Becca, the doctory stuff is at a standstill until October now. Just got to wait and hope for happy news. Going to have to come clean to my manager about TTC and how I'm feeling tomorrow though as I've been useless at work recently and I need her to understand why.
Great news about the baby Trina!Overcome the notion that you must be ordinary. It robs you of the chance to be extraordinary!Goal Weight 140lb Starting Weight: 160lb Current Weight 145lb0 -

I'm happy you're taking it, and that you've highlighted it for others who didn't realise it was necessary to take."I am indelibly stained by hope and longing" - Nuts in May0 -
