Help with sending a parcel to the Netherlands, please.

Sorry, I haven't sold on Ebay for a while. I have sold a few items totalling around £250 to go to the Netherlands. The box will weigh no more than 3kg and I want to send it insured and trackable, the box will be around 60cm x 40cm x40cm. I haven't sent an invoice yet.

What would anyone recommend postage wise? I am used to using royal mail but am getting confused by the quotes on parcel to go, when I have to factor in insurance.

I would be grateful for any advice.

There's no Royal Mail service for this item. A courier is your only choice. Google transglobal.

    Thanks

I can't see anything about insurance. Is that added on as an extra charge at the end? I am looking at a minimum of £40, where would I send the TG worldwide economy from?

If I look at parcels to go it is saying £19.99 plus vat for parcelforce euro priority plus they will pick up from my home. Does that sound right?

Parcels 2 Go with UPS on 3 day is £19 + vat, and to insure it is another £10 + vat.

Clickandsendparcel with UPS is £17.49 + vat but can't find out what the extra cover costs.

    Just checked it for you.

Then fill yer boots, and make sure that it's fully insured and meets the criteria.

My own opinion is UPS rather than Parcelfarce, because once it leaves the UK, Parcelfarce don't take it, whereas UPS do.

Please repost once it gets there and let us know if everything went ok.

Just make sure you take the TOTAL cost, and charge your buyer for it.
