UKPC have given up already

I got my totally legal and above board PCN in June of last year after parking in Boucher and have got all the usual threatograms but they seem to have stopped with Zenith, nothing from our good friend Graham white. Anyone else had this or should I feel priveliged?

UKPC don't normally use roxburghe/graham white as far as I know, they use debt recovery + and zenith, who happen to be the same company, and ukpc own or have directors there.
When posting a parking issue on MSE do not reveal any information that may enable PPCs to identify you. They DO monitor the forum.
We don't need the following to help you.
Name, Address, PCN Number, Exact Date Of Incident, Date On Invoice, Reg Number, Vehicle Picture, The Time You Entered & Left Car Park, Or The Amount of Time You Overstayed.

Daughter got a parking ticket in December from UKPC. She was parked in a shopping centre car park where there is no charge. However she did not park in a bay or space. They have today sent a letter demanding £90.00. Does she need tgo respond or just bin the letters?

I wouldn't advise binning anything relating to an alleged debt, no matter how invalid the debt is (as is indeed the case here).

Does she know who the registered keeper is? (no need to answer on here). As long as she knows that the Registered Keeper will get a load of meaningless threatening letters then fine. If not, or the car is leased or hired, then do let us know - the advice is slightly different.

In which case I would simply file the letters in a drawer somewhere and then forget about it. Ignore UKPC.
