    I'm curious about your intentions here.

    I know this is the Praise, Vents & Warnings board and I guess this is a warning but what exactly are you hoping to achieve?

    In the 2nd link you gave, someone posted and said:
    You must edit your posts to remove the names from them.

    Is this website any different?

    From MSE rules:
    We can be liable for what you post. This isn’t a 'freedom of speech' site. When you post something, not only are you liable for what you say, but we can be liable too as the publisher. So it's not a case of posting what you like, and we can delete posts if needed. Of course, our aim is to ensure legitimate information about saving money or fighting for consumer rights stays.
    and
    9.2 You may not use the forums or any of our comms systems for any illegal purpose and in particular you will not:
    9.2.1 post or transmit material that infringes the intellectual property rights or other rights of others or post or transmit any material that is unlawful, obscene, defamatory, threatening, harassing, abusive, hateful, or embarrassing to any other person as determined by us in our sole discretion;

    I'm not sure that this is the appropriate forum to 'name and shame' someone - regardless of how much it is deserved.

    Fishing for information online , in what sounds, from what you briefly are stating to be a criminal matter, is extremely unwise, and could predudice a case.
    Do you have authority to speak for legal beagles, whoever they are, and you should have got authority from mse to post representing them.

    No one should be tried by Internet, I have no doubt the Police could act, with evidence....which begs the question what your motive is.Ihave only skimmed the links, your claims are not there..

    Edit- your link that doesn't work has a note which says link suspended due to pending legal action , is this why you have posted on here?.Some bailiffs behave appallingly, but you have to work within the law.

    Perhaps you should have thought this out before you posted, twice.

    Advised to remove their posts by whom?

    None of my post refers to the content of your original post. I just pointed out that you were maybe in breach of MSE T&Cs and that this was possibly not the best place to post as you did.

    If the MSE team wish to remove my post or the whole thread, that's fine by me.

    As hollydays says, maybe think things through before you post something so damning about a specific person.
