Help! I've recieved a parking notice off this company for over staying at a retail park! They sent pictures of my car entering and leaving, I never even knew you could over stay at this retail park as they don't have any barriers or specific opening times. Any help would be appreiciated.

Please read some other threads on here that deal with private parking tickets. After that you will see that you don't have to pay as the only thing they can claim for is the actual loss suffered by the land owner. In this case I imagine that amounts to a big fat zero. What part of "A whop bop-a-lu a whop bam boo" don't you understand?0

Don't panic when you get further letters from them....then threats to send to Debt Collectors (same people as Highview...different address) then threats to go to County Court
I've got these...someone else I know got these....parking in Almondvale Centre LIVINGSTON for over two hours (where was that sign???).
Idle threats...speculative invoices....cowboy tactics...call them what you like! I am quite happy for a company "Registered in England and Wales" (on both Highview and sister company DRM Debt Collectors) to take me to "County Court"....strange...we don't have County Courts in Scotland
Could this all be a SCAM :T
