just sat down with mine then im of too soo can i go to print with this? that just leaves the why did you go bankrupt question and soooooo dont want to go there:eek:

I just did a bullet pointed list of the steps I had taken to avoid BR, and why these had not succeeded. The OR seemed happy with this, saying that a lot are just a load of waffle leaving him none the wiser.

    Good luck. Nearly there :)

Hiya Blind...I agree with fermi, keep it short, keep it to the point. I wrote and re-wrote mine several times. In the end I tried to keep the emotion out of it and put down the practical reasons as to why I had got to this point. It's not so much about justifying your actions, it's more about the circumstances that led you to seek bankruptcy. (am I trying to teach you how to suck eggs?...sorry blind.)

If it's any help, the OR  went over it again in the interview, so if there are areas you need or want to expand on then you should have the opportunity to do then.

Yes. Mine was a bit long, even with this approach.
In the end it's just to give the OR and Judge a starting point. If any more info is needed, they ask.
