I just did a bullet pointed list of the steps I had taken to avoid BR, and why these had not succeeded. The OR seemed happy with this, saying that a lot are just a load of waffle leaving him none the wiser.

Hiya Blind...I agree with fermi, keep it short, keep it to the point. I wrote and re-wrote mine several times. In the end I tried to keep the emotion out of it and put down the practical reasons as to why I had got to this point. It's not so much about justifying your actions, it's more about the circumstances that led you to seek bankruptcy. (am I trying to teach you how to suck eggs?...sorry blind.)
If it's any help, the OR :eek: went over it again in the interview, so if there are areas you need or want to expand on then you should have the opportunity to do then.0 -

Yes. Mine was a bit long, even with this approach.
