How do you rate your bank account's service?

I love the credit union and all it stands for, but service wise... I save what I can and recently they have a real downer on people paying n coins! I analy bag and count them up like I have for 30 years (started on my mothers knee) but they will no longer take them. Last time I was so upset at the customer service I walked out and gave my would be savings to the charity shop next door.

I have left my savings in there, it's doing good helping others, but adding to it will be difficult.
