Poll started 4 Feb 2013

We run this poll on big banks every six months, to see how the experience changes. We’d love your feedback.

Please vote based on CUSTOMER SERVICE, NOT RATE for your main bank current account over the LAST SIX MONTHS (please discount any service before that).

Did you vote? Why did you pick that option? Are you surprised at the results so far? Have your say below. To see the results from last time, click this

"Smile" not on list, will voting for "Co-op" do instead?

14th on the list (alphabetical order).
Don't know if it was there originally.

Always in-credit – GREAT service in last 6 months (and the last 24+ years, not that I need to contact customer service ).

I would say that never having to contact customer service implies good customer service?
Apparently I'm 10 years old on MSE. Happy birthday to me...etc

Always in credit - good or great service!
Either people always in credit get great service or never need it? Survey should be for thoses who have had need to USE customer service over the last 6 months?

been with nationwide for over 20 years and always had good service during good and bad times and staff always friendly in my local branch.

My only gripe is that recently they like all others are going down the trying to sell line when you need to use the counter for anything.
I am responsible me, myself and I alone I am not the keeper others thoughts and words.
  • I'm always delving into my overdraft, but it's an interest free overdraft as its a student account so there are no charges or any urgency to clear the debt any time soon... Does this skew the results much?

I have been with Nat West for around 11 years.......Had great service when Im in credit......great service when I've hit financial trouble spots.....Have always felt like a valued customer whether I had money in the bank or need to borrow/extend overdraft.
