If original listing was free, can I relist for free now?

I listed some boots last weekend when it was free listing (starting price £29.99). They didn't sell despite having several watchers
I thought I could just relist them for free but from reading the t&cs I think eBay says that they effectively refund either the original or relisting fee, whichever is the lowest. So if I relist them now will I end up paying the 50p listing fee for doing so?

Thanks. I noticed the every-other weekend theme too, so will wait until the weekend before doing anything.0
