Cold weather payment will I be back paid..??

I have been waiting for my cold weather payment so thought I would use the postcode checker to make sure my area is eligible and it is..I was moved to ESA assesment rate a few months ago and am currently in an appeal stage..I also get DLA..Does this mean I am not eligiable and will they back pay if I win my appeal..??

Do you get severe dis premium because of the rate of care you get if so then you should get cwps if not then they should back date it if you win appeal

No I just get lower rate personal care and lower rate mobility...OK as long as it will be back dated thats all I need to know...Cheers for you reply;-)

I think only income based ESA get it, check the sticky in this area

Yeah that's what I thought..Maybe I will get back paid then if I win my appeal...
