Can we have an assurance that all judgemental postings will be removed in the future and sanctions taken against such posters? With such a protection in place I'm sure some of the BR users who felt they had to resort to insulting behaviour would not feel the same.0

Although I'd like to point out that I had a post removed, and I did nothing but reply to Rich's post about the number 69. So no sanctions against meBCSC Member 70:j

Hi AlanD
I don't intend to draw this issue out any further on this thread and reignite the issue, but your point is valid and I want to respond. The assurance we give is that if people report directly to abuse it will be dealt with. We don't need people commenting on the thread in the manner it has happened.
My previous comment was not aimed at any one person, or side, but as a general point about behaviour on MSE.
Bottom line is this : report to abuse and let us look into it.
Can we now please leave this issue on this thread. We are happy for anyone to contact abuse of they wish to raise any further point

And b/c my second post (with nothing bad in it that I could see) was removed, I'll say it again.
I can't see how you are going to be able to shave enough off of your expenses to be able to make headway with your debts and so I wanted to agree with the posters before me.
Please do seek some professional free advice and double check what they think you should do. I agree you should be able to find somewhere else that can help but that doesn't have a such a long wait.
I'm glad you are sticking with us after the twisty events of late.:: BCSC #71 but now discharged! ::0 -
Melf,
Is there any chance you can post a few more details about your circumstances? It is a bit difficult to give too much more advice without knowing a little more about your personal circumstances. I do understand if you don't want to at the moment.0
