Halifax Director Query

Evening all who are still awake!
I am trying to contact the head honcho at Halifax, this relates to an ongoing credit card complaint that I have with them. I wish to complain to the Director's office but I'm unsure who is in
charge at the moment. As HBOS - and part of the Lloyds Banking Group - I don't know whether the Lloyds CEO, Antonio Horta-Osorio is the man, or, I am reading about David Nicholson being the Group Director for HBOS so now I'm totally confused. I can't find any recent info that relates to DN's appointment, I don't want to tell their Complaints Department I am writing to someone who actually is no longer there doing the job!
If anybody could help me that would be great, thanks. Bye for now, Tabs x

Antonio Horta-Osorio is the top man.

David Nicholson runs the branch network. He has responsibility for selling credit cards, not managing them.

Thanks for the confirmation, I'll copy my correspondence to his office. Cheers, Tabs
