Its time to let the old boy go

I would say to leave the dog at the home as I've learnt with my pets that their heart rate raises considerably just for being in the waiting room of the vet let alone on the table.
Ultimately you need to do what you feel right and good luck for today, just remember that you are making the right decision for your pet and sometimes being a pet owner means making selfless decisions.
Good luck.0 -
We took the old boy to the vets with the younger dog, she stayed outside with the nurse. The house now feels very strange, but I guess it'll be like that for several weeks. Hope to have another dog later this year / early next year.0
