When is the girl 16? - at that age she can legally move out and live where she wants.

Taking her away from her school (presumably) just months before her GCSEs will not help the girl pass her exams. Even if it is just temporary she needs to stay in her old school to have the best possible chance of doing well...

Agreed - I would suggest she stays where she is until her GCSEs are done, then as a 16 year old she can live where she wants.

  • Poor young girl, what a cracking man he must be for her to want to reside with him.

Hope all works out and she lives where she is happiest and makes the best of her life.

Well done Joanne for trying to help out the family.

As the mother has moved out, presumably the partner is still in the family home and this would be suitable for her current school.

Sorry, I missed that. In that case, can the 15 yo continue to attend the same school given where the mum has moved to?
