Bumping with a bit more love for Dave here! A month ago we thought we were pretty much unmortgageable as we have a modest income, dependents, only 2 years' minimal self-employed income for me and blemishes on our credit files. Then we contacted Dave and after a lot of hard work on his part and sailing pretty close to the wind re maximum lending, today we received our full mortgage offer from a high street lender only 2 days after the full application went in!!!
We will now be moving from a rented 1st floor city 2 bedroom flat to a 3 bedroom house with large garden and it honestly feels like we've won the lottery!
