  • Cripes. OP - you don't even need an appointment. Why you are getting all narky just because people have told you that you don't need an appointment goodness only knows.

    Just sign the back of the book. Then hand it in or post it in. Inordinately simple - for a government process [for a change].

    The OP was the one who said I was narrowminded and now admits to replying to the wrong person all this time

    If they dont want the same back do not post saying I said this and that when they were wrong and can not even read back to see I never said what they thought they were replying to.
