Kent Earthquake

Hi,
My house was damaged by the earthquake last sat morning. I rang Tesco insurance at 10.00am that morning and so far NO BUILDERS have visited NOR STRUCTURAL ASSESSMENT has been made of my home. I reported a dislodged and dodgy chimney and a damaged gable end but its been like shouting in the wind.My son has had to move out of his room and we live in fear of the gable and chimney moving more and falling off the roof
Were you affected and how fast have you had a response? Personally on my own experience I would not buy Tesco insurance.
Part of the problem was that TescoInsurance were shut over the weekend and as result could not action any thing.

We (Halifax) had loss adjustors out there sunday, seeing an average of 45 houses a day from sunday-weds.
Its just bad customer service I suppose, something Tesco insurance is renowned for unfortunatly.0
