I'd go back to 4 out of my 5 previous employers. Each time I left, it was for moving onwards and upwards as I gained experience and qualifications. The one I wouldn't go back to was my last firm which was the firm that inspired me to become self employed because the firm was so bad.
  • It depends. If you were doing a good job before and the salary is fair, why not? You have the confidence and the company need that kind of service that you can deliver.

    Good luck!

Mostly, no. In this case probably yes. I'd at least interview and see what it seemed like had changed/stayed the same and decide if it was worth it.

I can't see that you were unhappy there so I don't see an issue with this one.

I've gone back to my first employer after leaving university, in a bigger role with more responsibility and I'm enjoying it - give it a go!
