Would you go back and work for a previous employer?

I'd go back to 4 out of my 5 previous employers. Each time I left, it was for moving onwards and upwards as I gained experience and qualifications. The one I wouldn't go back to was my last firm which was the firm that inspired me to become self employed because the firm was so bad.0

It depends. If you were doing a good job before and the salary is fair, why not? You have the confidence and the company need that kind of service that you can deliver.
Good luck!0 -
Mostly, no. In this case probably yes. I'd at least interview and see what it seemed like had changed/stayed the same and decide if it was worth it.
I can't see that you were unhappy there so I don't see an issue with this one.0 -
I've gone back to my first employer after leaving university, in a bigger role with more responsibility and I'm enjoying it - give it a go!"We are the change that we seek."0
