Financial Ombudsman Service?

I have had four PPI claimes refused (all for credit cards) and have let it slip from taking them to the FOS. Can I submit my claim by email and attach the completed forms and scanned documents from the credit card companies, or must the paperwork need to be mailed.

according to that, no, you have to provide two forms, the original questionnaire, and the ombudsman form.

If you're past the six months, they will refuse to consider your complaint unless you have a compelling reason.

Scan the signature page after you have printed & signed it and email the rest of the form(s) with it using the email address on the form.
You can ask to send your paperwork latter by secure PGP message which you can do after you get your get your case number emailed to you. Tell them in the accessibility section of the form on page 3 you would like to use email & secure message.

Note the FOS has an online form on its website for registering a financial complaint but I think it just generates a postal hard copy in your letterbox for you to sign.

Currently, the FOS are seeing about 7000 enquiries per week and take 5 working days to register your case.

As taff has pointed out, without a genuine reason for not submitting the claim within the six months, FOS will not look at these.
