Terms and conditions for the Pod's Waste pledge prize draw (the "Rules")

1. No purchase is necessary to enter the prize draw
2. An entry to the prize draw signifies acceptance of these Rules.
3. Only one entry in the prize draw will be permitted per household.
4. To enter the prize draw entrants must have made a waste pledge on the waste pledge page on the Pod website at www.jointhepod.org and provided the Pod with their home address (this will be the delivery address for the prize and these details will not be kept for any other reason).
5. Entrants must be age 16 or over and confirmed this by checking the appropriate box on the Waste pledge page
   Only entries which satisfy the conditions of this clause 4 will be valid ("Valid Entry").
6. The pledges must be posted on the Pod by the 31 May 2013
7. The pledges must be written in the English language and related to reducing, reusing or recycling waste
8. The prize draw will take place during the week commencing 2 June 2013
9. Winners will be contacted by the 15 June 2013. The Winners will be the first 36 Valid Entries drawn ("the Winners")
10. Winners will only be eligible for one Prize
11. The "Prizes" are: 3x Nexus 7 tablet computers, 3x family science kits, 30 sets of family tickets to the EDF Energy London Eye
12. The Winners are not able to select which Prize they would like, Prizes will be allocated as ordered above so first, second and third Winner drawn will win a Nexus 7 tablet computer, fourth, fifth and sixth Winner will get a family science kit and the next 30 Winners will get family tickets to the EDF Energy London Eye.
13. The Prize does not include transport to or from the EDF Energy London Eye
14. Prizes are limited to one per Valid Entry so in the case that there are fewer competition entrants than Prizes (36 Prizes available in total), all Prizes may not be allocated.
15. The Prizes are provided on an 'as is' basis. EDF Energy has not assessed the Prizes and do not make any undertaking as to their suitability, value, or any other aspect of the Prize whatsoever. EDF Energy will not have any interest or liability for any Prize other than to provide the Prizes
16. EDF Energy may pass the Winners details to associated companies and other organisations to process the entry. Please do not enter if this is not acceptable.
17. All prize Winners may be required to participate in post-event publicity and / or be prepared to be part of a case study. Failure to participate in post event publicity may result in forfeiture of the Prize.
