I have found them to be very reliable, I have also had to contact them in the past and the results have always been satisfactory. Have they said in what way they believe fraud has been commited?

What have you been doing that makes Topcashback say there has been fraudulant activity on your account?

    £500 quid's cashback is quite a lot in 8 or 9 months.

So lets start with the simple question - what did you do to generate that level of cashback and was it anything that Topcashback could deem to be fraudulent?

Also, why did you let your balance build up to such a high level? I always withdraw my cash as soon as it is confirmed - safer in the bank than in some unregulated company's hands (as you have found out to your cost).

Like survey sites, the money isn't safeguarded in case they go bust.

As soon as you hit the minimum redraw amount, redraw it.

£500 is not a lot in 8-9 months and is quite easy to acheive.

OP has no reason to believe it is not safe in there with the amount of reputable companies it is linked to\provides cashback from it gives the consumer a degree of confidence in them.

whenever ive lodged a missing claim, they acknowledge it by emailing me but it NEVER materialises in my account as pending or anything.

    i swear its a scam.

    Really?

I've been a member of Topcashback for about a year and a half. I've purchased car insurance, changed energy supplier, got a new bank account, took out a new credit card then cancelled it when the cashback came through lol, bought a 18 month mobile phone contract done all my online shopping via Topcashback including furnish an entire flat and only have £238.92 (which I take out the second any of it becomes available).
