cheapest stuff to fill cushions is any leftover fabric/old clothes you can't reuse lol
oh and don't forget tights with holes in make great stuffingFat and proud lol0 -

not to worry tho im gonna give the old needle an thread a go this afternoon
im also thinking of gettin a sewing machine any ideas on where the cheapest may be???0 -
I love sewing, I find it really addictive. I've made all of the curtains in my house, table cloths, cussions, summer quilts for the kids beds. I haven't tried making clothes yet, mainly because by the time I buy the fabric, pattern etc etc, it works out more expensive than buying from a store.
Once you have total success with your first pair of curtains you'll never want to pay for a pair ready made again I bet.
Good luck with the needle and thread, although perhaps try freecycle for a sewing machine?0 -

Also you could try Freecycle for some fabric too?? May get some from the OSers who havent quite got round to finishing stuff lol.**Don't cry because it's over, smile because it happened!**
