How soUnder the Party Wall Act 1996, you have a legal obligation to allow access to your property.
Dont think soIn fact, they can break in if totally necessary.
No it doesn't.which includes fences between boundaries.

They can not come onto your property,by doing so they are committing trespass .
You are within your rights to throw them off your land but can only use reasonable force and it would be best done in the presence of a police officer.
You can sue them for trespass but wouldn't gain much financially.
You could gain an injunction but by the time you got it the wall would have been built.
