Are you claiming it late as I won't be 62 till the end of September and will be eligible on 6th March? Just asking as you say you are almost 62 and claiming in May.

Then even if you are restarting a pension that you have suspended, press option 1.

That's the one! also, I think our letters still say we are open until 8pm but it is actually 6pm now.
