Online tablet purchase problems

Hi,

on 31st October, my brother persuaded me to buy a tablet along with him via a voucher website called KGBdeals, tablet actually comes from Deals4gadgets costing £120 each

the 2 tablets actually arrived around 20th december at least it was in time for xmas, however when tested the one didnt work so we contacted deals4gadgets and was told to send item back for repair/replacement which we did so, shortly after xmas a week of use and the other tablet ceases working. So again we contacted deals4gadgets and sent the other one back too.

We are still awaiting the return of BOTH tablets, and according to the deals4gadgets website if we want a refund we have to go through the original voucher company, which states that items can be returned within 30 days. So we thought it best to see if we can get a replacement.

The problem we have now is that all correspondance with deals4gadgets via email is met with a mail saying we will get on to our warehouse and get this sorted as a matter of urgency, but nothing is being sorted.

does anyone know what our rights are or what we should do?

Was any part of the purchase funded by credit card?

    Was it £120 per tablet?

I can see where you are thinking of going here... S75.

    Forget it.
They purchased a voucher and got that.
CC bill will say KGB deals.

Even a chargeback is going to be destined to failure on the same basis.
