6. There is 1 prize to be won. The prizeconsists of a trip for 2 people, the winner and a guest to Longyearbyen in the Arctic as follows:
· Return flights to the Arctic via Oslo on 19th June, returning 26th June 2013.
· Accommodation is 3* and based on 2 persons sharing a double room.
· All meals throughout the voyage aboard the ship including snacks, coffee and tea.
· UK transfers are included up to the value of £300 per person.
· Not included with the prize are meals ashore; baggage,excess baggage charges and all items of a personal nature such as laundry, bar, beverage charges and telecommunication charges.
· Please note: The prize does not include insurance and it is mandatory that the winner and their guest obtain appropriate travel and cancellation insurance for this trip.
7. The accompanying guest must be 12years old or overand both parties must hold a valid passport with an earliest expiry date of 26th December 2013. As per Term 3, if the winner is aged 12-17 inclusive they must be accompanied by a parent or guardian as their guest.
