Nothing wrong with the North.
I would not take this guy too seriously, just take his posts with a huge pinch of salt and don't take it personally.
Earlier today he suggested that I might need therapy as a form of insult, which is actually something that I have had in my life, you just have to laugh it off though.
He constantly suggests others are angry(and for all the problems I do have anger is not one of them) yet he is probably one of the more in need of anger management on this board than anyone else(!!!!! lepants being a close second).
I am a southern lad myself mate, but have had some great great great times opp Norf, just ignore him:)
I once went out with a girl from Whitby who had me wrapped around her little finger, would have moved there in a nano second had she suggested it, sadly she dumped me.:)0 -

Whitby is very nice.
Where I live it was no 4 on Kirsty and Phil`s top 10 best places to live and yes it is oop Norf. We get a lot of people from down South moving here.
All the best for everyone this year as I think we may need it.0 -

Yeah it's funny that, how you suddenly believe a statement if it is self deprecating one:)
p.s Still waiting to hear about at least one STR you know in REAL life, is it taking you the weekend to make one up like you do your property portfolio;)0 -
Nothing wrong with the North.
I've got nothing against the North (how could I if I am originally from Newcastle) but as my main hobbies are running, cycling, walking and outdoor bowls, it is natural that I would favour better weather. The winters are just too cold up North for me to enjoy to the max REGULAR outdoor activities and rather than looking to eventually return one day, we are looking to spend our future retirement winters in either Spain or Portugal.Chuck Norris can kill two stones with one birdThe only time Chuck Norris was wrong was when he thought he had made a mistakeChuck Norris puts the "laughter" in "manslaughter".I've started running again, after several injuries had forced me to stop0 -

Au contraire, I have it on good authority that Nollag is expanding his budding BTL empire into the new development on the old Battersea Power Station site.Where's your imaginary property portfolio this week? Chelsea, Clapham, Hamersmith or Hounsow? Or have you just got out of jail and ended up in the Waterworks :rotfl:
It really is all go in the life of Nollag, I just think we should all be grateful that he can find the time at all to post some of his business secrets on MSE given his hectic schedule.0 -

I only wish.
If I had the spare cash, I probably would take the plunge.0
