How much (roughly) would I be charged for a handbrake repair on a 02 Yaris. I think it just needs tightening up but I don't really want to take something apart so vital! (and don'r underestimate my hopelessness at all things practical)

What's wrong?
If it's too loose and the handle rises too far without being effective then it could be a snapped cable, or it could simply have broken loose and need reconnecting.....“I may not agree with you, but I will defend to the death your right to make an a** of yourself.”
