This should clear things up. I emailed my case officer.

"Your creditors should contact both of us with an answer to our offers.

It will show on JustaBank, but only once your case has moved departments, which will be in a week or two.

Then JustaBank is slightly different & I think you can see what offers have been accepted or rejected."
