Has anyone else had this? I put my memorable information and password in correctly and it's rejected and asks me to click on a link to update my information and password - is this a scam??

Lloyds would never ask you to click on a link like that. Call them.
Don't click on the link.

I am not sure where the browser hijack or whatever it is came from but I have to admit it’s the best one I've seen so far.
