What is the best way to make ps3 play multiregion bluray?

I know there is that dongle you can buy but is there any other better ways?

I have a japanese 20gb version so it is multi region ps3 games and is backwards compatible ps2 and ps1 games but only for japanese games, the region free is only for ps3 games and not for Blue rays.

Is it worth getting it chipped?

The screen resolution from a BBC computer is as good as a Bluray game from the latest game, because most of the graphics flash past, and you don't notice it, it's about gameplay, not graphics.

The games are so, generic, shooting or driving, version 12 of a game from years ago? REALLY? And showing cut scenes between gameplay, it looks false, and there is no need.

Can somone not make something new? Or rerelease unavailable games, but with better graphics?

Sega Rally, GoldenEye, Chuckie egg, chocks away, munchman, golden axe, strider, the list goes on, we don't need black ops x, or gt 5. Grow something NEW or improve the classics.

You can't make a PS3 region free easily if at all for Blu-ray.
