Yeah, definitely keep your cool, but do keep chasing it up, being as polite as possible. I won a PS3 last year (can't remember which comp it was or even what company), but they didn't deliver for about 3 months. I chased it up with them, and was promised people would get in contact with me, but they never did.

So I contacted the Institute of Sales Promotions, who chased it on my behalf, and the company got back to me the same day. The next day I had a phone call from Paramount who had just been given the delivery information and made sure the PS3 was sent out that day with priority delivery. It arrived the day after that.

Blockbuster are still running comps on FB (after a week off due to the administration), so I would still try contacting them about it.

With regards to your post not arriving atarisrocks, I would pop down to your local delivery office and raise concerns with the manager there who can keep an eye on it or contact RM Cust Servs on 08457 740740 (a geographical number prolly exists but I haven't searched for it) If you wanted to opt out of receiving the junk mail (the unaddressed stuff that RM delivers, like supermarket leaflets etc) see http://www.royalmail.com/personal/help-and-support/how-do-I-stop-receiving-any-leaflets-or-unaddressed-promotional-material

I would check at the sorting office if you can find the telephone number. I have had lots of problems with my post in the last couple of weeks. I didn't get any for 4 or 5 days then someone came with it at around 2.30 one afternoon.I couldn't catch him as he run back in his van and I did wonder why it was only mine.
I then get my post ok and today had a van deliver 5 parcels 2 of which were dated 17/1 and I had already told the senders I hadn't got them.
I did ask the postman who brings my mail if there were any parcels but he said no.:mad:

ive contacted my sorting office and nothing there but i noticed we did get post yesterday (usually only get post friday when my partners payslip arrives).

ive contacted the company again and hopefully get it sorted
