Best endeavours will be made to deliver prizes before February 25, 2012, however this cannot be guaranteed. Promoter is Times Newspapers Limited. TNL COMPETITION GENERAL TERMS AND CONDITIONS – TWITTER:
TECHJOY COMPETITION
1. The competition will run on Twitter (with full terms and conditions on offersinthetimes.com/twittercomp) on Saturday 2 and Sunday 3 February 2013 only (the "Competition Period"). Any entries received outside the Competition Period will be void.
2. On each day during the Competition Period (each a "Competition Day") there will be a competition between the following hours as follows:
a. Saturday 2 February 2013 between 00.00AM and 23.59PM
b. Sunday 3 February 2013 between 00.00AM and 23.59PM

3. Closing date for each Competition Day is as set out in Clause 2 above.
4. Unless otherwise specified, the competition is open to UK residents aged 18 or over, except employees of Times Newspapers Limited ("TNL"), News International Limited, and their associated, affiliated or subsidiary companies, and their families, agents, or any other person(s) connected with the competition, including third party promotional partners.
5. Entry limited to one per person, per Competition Day. The winners are responsible for ensuring they are able to accept the prize as set out and in accordance with these terms and conditions, in the event they are unable to do so then the TNL reserves the right to redraw the prize.
6. Entry is free but entrants should be aware that they may be subject to local call charges depending on their own individual arrangements for Internet access.
7. TO ENTER: An eligible entrant for a Competition Day must be an individual and must submit their entry by following @thesundaytimes on Twitter and tweeting #ilovetechjoy during such Competition Day only.
8. Anyone found to use multiple Twitter accounts to enter will be ineligible.
9. By entering, all eligible entrants agree to abide by each and all these terms and conditions. Misrepresentative or fraudulent entries will invalidate an entry. Where a competition involves a voting process: offering or receiving any incentive for voting is not permitted and will invalidate the vote, and may disqualify the recipient of the vote. TNL reserves the right, with or without cause, to exclude entrants and withhold prizes for violating any of these terms and conditions. TNL reserves the right to amend these terms and conditions. Any amendments will be published on the Website.
10. A winner will be selected at random from all valid entries received for each Competition Day (excluding any previously selected winner(s)). If there are no entries in a Competition Day, the winner will be selected from all entries received in the previous Competition Day (except that if there are no entries in such previous Competition Day(s), the Promoter reserves the right to select more than one winner in any subsequent day at its sole discretion).
11. The winner will be notified by Twitter (by private message) within seven (7) days after the closing date for the relevant Competition Day. All reasonable endeavours will be made to contact the winner during this time. If a winner cannot be contacted or is not available, TNL reserves the right to re-draw another winner from the correct entries which were received before the closing date for such Competition Day.
12. There will be 1 winner per Competition Day. This means that there will be a total of 2 winners for the Competition. Winners can only win once.
13. Each winner will win an iPad Mini 16gb WiFi). No cash refunds under any circumstances.
14. TNL reserves the right to publish entries (including parts of entries) other than the winning entry and publication does not necessarily mean the entrant has won a prize.
15. Entrants will retain copyright in their submitted entries, however, by entering, all entrants licence TNL a worldwide royalty-free perpetual licence to edit, publish and use each entry in any and all media (including print and online) for publicity and news purposes.
16. There is no cash or other alternative to the prize stated and the prize is not transferable and no part or parts of the prize may be substituted for other benefits, items or additions.
17. Winners may be required to submit valid identification before receiving their prize.
18. The Editor's decision is final and binding on the entrants. No correspondence will be entered into.
19. TNL will not be liable for technical, hardware, or software failures of any kind or lost or unavailable network connections which may limit or prohibit an eligible entrant's ability to participate in the competition. Other than death or personal injury arising from the acts or omissions of TNL, or their employees, TNL will not be liable for any loss or damage arising out of the winner or their guest's enjoyment of the prize
20. By entering, any subsequent prize winners agree to allow the free use of their names, photographs and general locations for publicity and news purposes during this and future promotions by TNL (The Times/Sunday Times) or any associated or subsidiary company of News International Limited.
21. Uses of personal data received by TNL in the course of the promotion are subject to the privacy policy found on the Website. Winners' names may be published on the Website.
22. Following @thesundaytimes and tweeting #ilovetechjoy will be deemed acceptance of these terms and conditions.
23. TNL reserves the right at any time to cancel, modify or supersede the competition (including altering prizes) if, in their sole discretion, a competition is not capable for being conducted as specified. TNL reserves the right to substitute a prize of equal value in the event that circumstances beyond their control make this unavoidable.
