with holding my money

Hi my sister is with holding my money that I transfered into her account and is ignoring my calls as I need it back, as far as I know its still in her account. What action can I take, please could someone help with some advise.

    Not a lot you can do really. Its all down to morals. If it is in her account and you put it there, it legally belongs to her.
    Unless you have some signed paperwork to say it is yours.

    can I ask why you put it in to her account, was it a loan or something.
