Proof CSA do cover things up!!!!

Options
I now have proof of The CSA covering up mistakes..
in my previous thread i stated about overpayment that was owed to me, due to previous employer deducting from earnings and not forwarding on to CSA.
Well having recieved account break down showing i owed them £489.00 but did not include the payments deducted by employer and payments didnot tally with what i was paying weekly..
example..
CSA state i should pay £32.. per week
was actually paying(by ded earnings) £52.00
this payment total went on for 2 years without change by me.. However Payments sent by Employer didnot match the total Deducted?
Having re calculated it was calculated an Overpayment of £3000+.
I contacted the CSA whom said would look into it.
Recieved Letter today saying NO overpayment as Funds had been paid to other account.( closed in 2006 as no longer exists)?? whf??
HOW can payments NOT recieved be paid to a closed account???
Dont think so???
think will have to go legal on this1..
I then Phoned today and was told i would have to provide evidence of everything..der ( allready in to CSA from november 2012) so clearly they dont have a jar of glue...

I dont understand? Your employer deducted £52 per week? How much of that was being sent to the CSA? And if your assessment was £32 a week, why the additioal £20? Arrears?

Get your facts and figures completely up to date, and to a point in time...

So say the last day in December is a good place to cut off. Then work out to the penny how much the overpayment is, then file a Money Claim Online for the amount...!

It is a debt the same as any other, and you have the right to go after them for it...

The only thing i would say to do before tis is write and send recorded delivery a letter stating that these are the facts, these are the amounts owed, and you expect a cheque for the amount in FULL within 14 days or legal action will commence...

When you don't hear from them then file...!!!

Thats what everyone asks but the Employer has actually commited a fraud but the CSA were the ones i dealt with NOT the employer.
Only other case was closed as ' ceased to exist in 2006' so no arrears.

Before you write a letter demanding payment in full please go through your MP and then wait for them to reply. They will reply. Indeed they might even pay up.

Then if they are still pu-ssyfooting around write the letter giving them 7 days to pay the total sum plus interest. Involving your MP will give your claim added weight if/when you go in front of the judge. Please be aware they might get the case transferred to their local court wherever that may be.

Like Kevin says you need to have all the facts and figures 100% correct.

Oh - the employer committed the fraud. You are saying the employer deducted the £20 and sent it where?

I'm confused. Are you saying the CSA should have taken the missing £20 up with employer and failed to do so?

    Where did it go?

Well that's nothing new with the CSA.

Why has your employer committed fraud? Do you still work for said employer?

Sorry jimbo just going off topic for a moment.

Having used the SCC and baliffs in the past ( business and 1st case NRP which is happily concluded) I had never heard of sheriffs ( except Scotland ) to recover debt until the programme. I record it and am hooked.

    Found the website:

    http://thesheriffsoffice.com/

    http://thesheriffsoffice.com/services/high_court_enforcement

How I would love them to visit the CSA.

Certainly excellent value for money. £60 compared to SCC baliffs £100.
