Hello all,
My daughter has some birthday and christmas money and wants to put it towards a laptop/netbook/tablet. She will mainly use it for homework and surfing the net and playing music. I have no idea where to start, any advice on what the most appropriate products would be will be gratefull received.
Kind Regards

If she wants to use it for homework, I'd say that a laptop is the best bet, because you get a proper keyboard and a bigger screen. What sort of a budget do you have?0

If the main use is homework then yes a laptop is the better option, a tablet is good for reading, surfing the net but not for homework as its not for that purpose. People say Dell laptops are a good make to go for.0
