I was dismissed on the grounds of ill health on 28 th dec, company goes into administration on 9th january ,how do I stand on getting money owed ( letter stating 4wks Lou of notice and outstanding holiday pay , to be payed on the 25 th jan), can't get through to any thing but answer machine.

Find out who the administrator is and ask them for an RP1 form. This will allow you to claim debts up to statutory limits from the redundancy payment scheme.0
