    Parking eye have my details, I'll be speaking to the necessary person at work tomorrow and checking the T&Cs on the leasing agreement, regarding the handling fee against parking and speeding fines, not invoices. Thanks again.

    If it says 'fines and penalties' be FIRM with the company that this fake PCN is neither. Do not let them get away with saying it's the same thing.

    Do PE have your name and your address? That's good, as you can now ignore all the letters and they can't write to the company again now.
    PRIVATE 'PCN'? DON'T PAY BUT DON'T IGNORE IT (except N.Ireland).

    Make sure that you emphasise the fact that it is not a fine, and it is not issued by a statory authority.
    From the Plain Language Commission:
