Loan insurance.

Just received a unsecured loan. Despite the attempted 'bullying' tactics of the loan compant I resisted their expensive life insurance cover for the period of the loan:beer:
However, I would like to have some sort of cover as my health is a 'bit dodgy':A
Anyone know of an insurance company that could help? Advice also welcome.
