It's a building society, not a bank. If he's doing his job properly he should be maximising benefits for members by minimising the margin between mortgage rates and savings rates, leaving a small profit. Not wasting money paying corporation tax on a large pre-tax profit.So 10% of the pre-tax profits for the entire company goes to the chief exec in salary?0
