Two lots of interest on my Natwest loan.

This happened a while back when I re-applied for my loan to be extended. They had noticed that there was two lots of interest been taken out each month and said they would investigate it.
Sadly every time I asked about this they fobbed me off by saying that it is still under investigation which is about a year and a half ago when it was brought up.
Should I continue to pester them or is there another route I should be following because I know I should have only been paying one amount of interest which they themselves said.

I would not mind but the interest they took off is something I could do with right now.PDL Free!
