Last week I threw away a pot of snuffle babe (Similar to vapour rub but for little ones)
I bought it for my eldest son's first cold at a few weeks old.
He is now 25 !
It didn't have an expiry date on but all my subsequent children have survived !
LOL, I still have my snufflebabe since I was a kid, it doesn't give me a migraine like vapour rub. I'm 27 now and it hasn't done me any harm either! With Love From The Mistress xx

Medicines are the only thing I won't use after their use by date. My mum used some chilblain tablets a few years ago that were out of date, and she had a terrible reaction to them. It involved a visit to the hospital to see a specialist, so I'm extremely careful with medication now.
Food though - well that's a different matter!!!0 -
I was a dispenser in a pharmacy before my baby was born and when things like vapour rub and other creams etc went out of date we used to share them between the staff as they are still ok to use. I wouldnt not use any medicines/tablets that are past there use by date0

Is it use by, or best before? If its use by, i would bin it, best before i would use it.0

As you are not *eating* it, it should be ok, it's only petroleum jelly with menthol and other oils in it.
Hope you feel better soon.~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~
