Adapter for Hosepipe??

I have had Hot and Cold water taps put into my garage, wanted to use it to wash cars, and dogs. But cant find how to get hot and cold water together to go through hose pipe or similar. Any ideas???

About 5-10" of hose coming from each tap then to a Y connector.0

Sorry but where do I get a y connector?? Can I just buy something that does the job??
